To help make your stay at Hilton Vacation Club Desert Retreat Las Vegas in Las Vegas as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Groups
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that no daily maid service is provided. The resort fee includes: - WiFi - Fitness room access - Hot tub - In-room coffee/tea maker - In-room local and toll-free calls If you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time) please contact the resort prior to arrival. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancelation.
